As a non-holder (thus far), I have an

observation and a couple of questions, if I may:

A) Observation: I do LIKE the business-model of NWZ a lot, i.e. I do believe that this kind of "disruptive" new model has the chance to be enormously successful IF executed properly. And with the continued signings, things seem to be on track?

B) The couple of questions (related, I guess)
1) WHY is NWZ's shareprice at this low level ?? Do investors not believe that NWZ can execute the obvious potential properly or is anything else holding this stock back?
2) FINANCING: Some posters on HC did mention the "cash burn rate" and hence the to be expected coming dilution? In this respect a few "sub-questions":
- Are the total number of shares on issue still "only" 68'110'584?
- How much CASH will they have to raise, i.e. how many extra shares and at what sp level? ("Guess-timates", please).
- By when will all these already signed deals make a really positive impact on revenue generation and hence no more need for CR's in the future.
- Why no analyst coverage thus far
