Obviously, with already over 500 mio shares on issue, a CR at a relatively low sp would potentially dilute existing holders quite a bit - depending on how much money would need to be raised.
Agree also with Rod_Valens that with a company with a kind of "disruptive" new platform it is difficult to value according to more traditional industries.
