Hate to say it guys, but notwithstanding the Europe issue, the continued, slow, remorseless selldown from the Feb 29 JORC suggests to me that PEK in its current corporate guise may have a lot of trouble taking Ngualla forward.
A cornerstone investor from left field is one possible game changer.
