I'd love to agree with you but i think things are going to be tough for some time. IMO the long term for Peak is still very positive. Buy at these prices and wait and I'm sure you'll be rewarded many-fold. As for the short-term though, it's a punt. Good luck if you have a crack at it and i hope you succeed. But don't forget to hold some (many) for medium to long term.
