3 paras further down in the AR (page 56) EWC states (my emphasis):
The Directors are confident EWC will secure the required levels of funding at the appropriate times in orderfor EWC (including EEES) to pay its debts as and when they fall due on the basis that the Company is activelyseeking to raise new capital, presently negotiating alternative arrangements with the EEES Facility lenders andthat a letter of financial support has been received from EWI.
