re: lum - shareholders should demand an egm. Mikeboi - many of the shareholders are absolute wimps. The opportunity was there at the last AGM to stand up and say they weren't happy - hardly anybody did. The opportunity was there to not re-elect 2 of the directors - hardly any voted against the directors. The shareholders were even stupid enough to give the directors a potential pay rise. Wonder how Intersuisse is currently feeling. They have been screwed as badly as Ballelieu's were, it appears. Someone with some big money and some balls needs to stand up and do something about this. The board needs cleaning out and Rodd needs to be demoted.
