I remember reading in the Fin Review I think late 2004 a prediction that oil would get to $50 a barrel. What outrageous speculation I thought. Never!!

I also recall heaps of people saying real estate was as good as it gets, about 4 or 5 years ago.

Things can run a long way, is all I'm saying. Don't bail out early.

N.B. But if you're right and US$510 is where it sticks, I can live with that too!
