    As for the 1/6 dilution, Eclipse have to back in therfore in order to earn this 1/6 interest they have to start reimbursing GDN for the cost of the PB1 and PB2.

    inkerek, be careful of some posters that only know half the facts about this company... sometimes a little knowledge can be dangerous if they do not know the whole story!
