I guess the reason that the sp is not at $3 is because investors do not believe the div is sustainable long term. Even if they only win 50% of the case list, they can probably come close.
I think the most important asset is the quality and skills of the management in case selection. I would expect a special div.if one of the big ones gets over the line.
