I'd say ask Glencore why the SP is such good value.
Namely, there are three things which have kept the SP low.
1) Slow news and updates from Perkoa, which is the responsibility of Glencore;
2) More cash input from BTR required by Glencore at Perkoa;
3) Share price manipulation (by Glenc...?)
