Virginia newly signed is more money being haemorraged.
The financials are going to continue drowning in red.
I feel they need to focus a some key states and start making profit. Before signing up more states and throwing more cash into the bottomless well.
Otherwise the SP will continue to plummet.
As new states sign up, it creates added red to future medium term financial reports
