I'm not going to say there isn't going to be a cap raising in 12 months, there could be for a whole variety of reasons. But the work next year is based on farming out the Laurel for "100's of millions" or development. Similarly success with the Laurel and building of reserves would allow them to debt finance a pipeline as they have previously announced. You kind of can't ignore the whole point of half of next year's development is to solve some of those issues.
Not saying everything going according to plan isn't a concern, but the forward plan does provide visible solutions for at least points 1 and 3 even if they rely on point 4.
