as per tda's request - is no news "good news"?

Yes TDA, I agree. Another topic is needed to while away the hours - because we sure as hell ain't gettin' much from the company!

I am considering selling around 300,000 and want to know some opinions about if the total lack of any news from anyone as each week passes suggesting a good or not good outcome. (we are now past the half way point of this latest waiting exercise)

I know there is absolutely no way to know with any certainty, and the outcome will be what it will be, but there are a few thoughts running through my head about the lack of news.

If the medical research people think the decision is so straightforward (as so many on this forum have explained it to be) then you would expect a decision from them would be forthcoming BEFORE the 30 days or so.

However, if the UK medical research people are, like BSI, having trouble workiing out what Rule to use, then as we get closer to the 30 days I think it would indicate a further delay and referral to the EMA is likely.

So if we get to the 30 days and nothing has been announced, I'm selling (probably).

If the UK medical research people ask for 'more information' do you think we will be told by SM?
