to be honest, I hadn't looked that far ahead to target the end of Wave III, except that it will be somewhere below $28.90. Your figure of $28.20 sounds good to me. Using a log-scale, I get Wave III = 1.000 x Wave I at $28.93, 1.382 x Wave I at $28.43 and 1.618 x Wave I at $28.13.
Other possible targets for Wave III from Wave III(v):
Wave III(v) = 1.618 x Wave III(i) @ $28.80
Wave III(v) = 0.618 x Wave III(iii) @ $28.86
Wave III(v) = 1.000 x Wave III(iii) @ $28.41
Wave III(v) = 1.382 x Wave III(iii) @ $27.97
Wave III(v) = 1.618 x Wave III(iii) @ $27.70
From all of that, I'd be inclined to see what happens around $28.40. The MACD and RSI are also very useful tools for gauging when an impulse might be nearing its end.
