In September, Chemeq signed a new sales order. This order was a totally unconditional order

to purchase $1.4 million worth of product, and came from our key HSouth African distributor,
Inviro Animal Health Solutions, and was for delivery of product during the period ending 30
June 2006. Along with other orders the company had received (and further orders since then),
the Covenant was comfortably exceeded.

What was more important about this order, was that it meant the coming of age of our South
African Distributor and the South African market, now that we were able to supply product.
Inviro, has taken to the market with gusto now they know they have product supply to support
them. We are starting to see some very pleasing developments there, which I hope to be
reporting to you in the very near future.
