SGH BOD, LENDERS and all other involved parties can B v v creative with warrants 3 yrs off in conversion and do a part D 4 E in case of worst case scenario. Rest of debt can be paid off by CF generation, ESCROW and NIHL payments by the end of 2017.
Come Dec 2017 SGH can be totally debt free.
Even SGH holders ..most of them have no idea what they have in their accounts and its worth as a SGH shareholders.

They are so much damaged psychologically and financially that they cant think of the right things for SGH.
Under that scenario even before 2017 end SGH is a 5-6 dollars stock.
