Dear Milesg, the comments are just in respnse to the arguements made by the bleeding heart supporters of perosns promoting terror.
It is also in response to what it seems laywers in australia and the US and other parts are trying to do for persons involved in terror.
Hicks is an example, Haneef to a lesser and Habib to name a few. They all want compensation for being wronged. And it is criminals in general. A burglar breaks into your house and hurts him self, the home owner can be sued. The prisoner breaking out of jail, hurts himself in the escape attepmt can sue the government for not looking after him.
It seems that bleeding heart want to make victims out of the perpetrators of terror to suit their twisted view of polictial correctness. these bleeding hearts seem to think that society doesnt understand terrorists and that they should be protected.
It is the fragile western justice system which is used against its own people by persons wishing to destroy our rights.
