The most important thing to remember in relation to today's volatility is that the potential for the Chinese bid remains. While it is not a formal bid, it is the pre-curser and the Chinese came out over the weekend clearly stating there is no change to their ambitions to develop additional baseload nuclear power; however lessons learned from recent events in Japan will be incorporated.
In my mind I see this as inferring that nothing has changed in relation to the suggested valuation of KAH (and therefore EXT) (around $10.60 for EXT0, so for mine it looks cheap this morning for the true beleivers looking for a few more.
