BTW this is pretty good that it is 2 x 40 foot containers into a 20 foot container.
See the structure of a Vanadium Redox flow battery superimposed as my best guess of what each of the containers shown in this photo are there for.
Although the "electrical Substation" will actually be a transformer in this case.
The actual sub will more likely be the container on the left top side on it's own as you can see what looks like open cable trenches running to this.
