    I think you are not wrong Sandy

    Directors & management are top drawer
    Very tightly held
    Multiple projects in differnt regions

    BUT ... they need to give something to shareholders & potential shareholders to hang on to.

    Apart from a trade or two, I am still not back in. I would dearly love to though ... just need a sign!!
