Who says there will be an announcement tomorrow?
It could be, or a trading halt or nothing until days after.
Do not bank on it though.
And when the announcement comes, it can go two ways....
Negative or positive.
Imho, I expect like most of us, it will be most likely positive, but the oil game has taught me not to count my chickens before they are hatched.
