I wasn't suggesting that CTR will get to 21 cents or there a bouts, however, the two stocks currently have around the same market caps and one is already a heavily choked producer and the other is not.
It does highlight however, how much room this one has to move and it's probably fair to say that it's currently at a very early stage of a substantial rise.
