    Well I am actually pleased that it is obvious they are setting about a serious turnaround and cutting to the bone. SGS is really disappointing. The as yet to be agreed refinancing is scarry stuff but clearly nescessary.

    You may be right about escrow but WTG will fight tooth and nail over it .
