Something is clearly afoot here. No secret they, like most betting firms aren't profitable yet. But current price if my math is correct is basically valuing business at cash. i.e. no EV
If correct, that is bs given their footprint, not in Aussie but N.America too.
IMO would not be surprised to see this as a takeover and at current prices, someone would be getting a bargain. The industry needs consolidation, but would be gutted to see PBH taken over at/near current levels.
