AS1 Discussion

I have been accumulaing shares in this company for a while now so as you can imagine my current unrealised losses are substantial. However I believe that the current Management of this company is far superior now compared to the previous management who I feel didn't have the shareholders interest as their No1 reason for being at the helm rather their own interests, My reasoning for accumulating this stock is that at its current share price of .011 the company has a market Cap of circa $9mil.

It has in its portfolio of projects:

Kada Gold Project Guinea – Which is its Flagship Project
Kada has an Inferred/Indicated resource of 30.3 Mt at 0.95 g/t gold for a total of 923K oz.

Kouri Gold Project in Burkina Faso.
During 2023 Asara (GMR) had been approached and a sale agreement signed valuing Kouri at US$15.5M.
The sale agreement was terminated when the purchaser was unable to meet the payment deadline.

Paguanta CriticalMetals Project Chile – Looking to sell the Project ... What's this worth? US$5-$10M

Loreto Copper Project Chile – Partnership with Teck Resources ... Must have some value to attract Teck.

The company under its new Management appears to be focused, only time will tell, but in my opinion has the potential to now with Base Metals at nearing all time highs sell its non core projects and concentrate on its flagship Project Kada.
