    The ASA were unsuccessful (unfortunately for PTD shareholders) in defeating a motion to grant 125,000 in-the-money options to non-executive director Mr John Leaver. The ASA was concerned that Peptech's granting of in-the-money options raised issues of poor governance and conflicts of interest
