An institutional book-build to determine the final price that investors will pay for Asaleo shares commenced on Monday morning and received solid demand, particularly from offshore. The offer range of $1.55 to $1.80 was set in the prospectus of June 2, which seeks to raise between $633 million and $690 million. The final price looked likely to settle close to $1.60.
