i sold out yesterday.
woke up to the news that residents had been evacuated from their homes/streets due to asbestos contamination due to nbn/pit works....australia post refusing to deliver mail down those streets - other media reports are that these issues are widespread & that there is potential for lawsuits lasting decades.
im sure as a company tls is big enough to withstand this as was jhx but the story is certainly big enough to signal a green light for the shorters & be really bad for sentiment for as long as the media keep reporting it.
