So lets get this right, you are comparing this to the issues that face the James Hardie company? this could be one of the most stretched comments I have seen posted on this forum.
The houses that these people live in look to be about the age to contain asbestos building materials and unfortunately renovators all over Australia face these same problems as they go about their demolition work unbeknown to their neighbours and with disregard sometimes to their own safety.
If this job was carried out correctly in the first place it would not have been an issue, as asbestos products are removed from our neighbourhoods on a daily basis.
Just to put things in a bit of perspective.
