if nbn & contractors not fully adhering to safe procedures (negligent?)
would not tis also be on the hook if they did not immediately ban nbn & its contractors from further access in order to show that tls was not complicit.
letter writing campaign by pissed off tis shareholders surely to come
considering reinvesting in tls.
