I follow ASC very closely and have had heaps of money in the stock over the past year. What they have done really stinks and I'm writing a letter to ASIC tomorrow urging them to investigate the issue.

How much time I've put into researching the stock is recorded in months and that time has now been wasted.

There old billing company were dodgy (reported by the West Australian) but they changed to a new one that was supposed to be above board. I think the loss is due to the old company but still I think the entire issue should be investigated.

I would urge everyone on Hotcopper to also contact ASIC to request an investigation. I feel almost as shocked as when the twin towers fell :(
