asc interst in dpl ?

now that dpl have announced they are getting out of the brothel business, i wonder if asc are interested?
dpl are goin to auction off their freehold pemises as their headquarters has been moved to the showgirls bar 20 building.
the auction will most likely provide dpl with cash to offset their loans, and generate better returns.
dpl currently capitalised at about $5.5 million, with showgirls bar 20 reaching record turnovers, and a dvd sales website, and the new microbabe site venture going into more adult entertainment, all must look attractive to ASC.
ASC have $14.4 million in the bank and little debt. to worry them., with cash increasing approx. $1million a qtr. they surely are on the prowl?
with the dpl share price at 65c down from previous highs of $2, what better time ?
anyone got any suggestions?
