'We refer to your enquiry letter of today's date in relation to a
decrease in the Company's share price from 36 cents on 23 July 2002
to 23.5 cents today.

1. The Company is not aware of any information concerning it that
has not previously been announced, which may reasonably be regarded
as an explanation for recent trading in the Company's securities.'
Four weeks ago! It is unbelievable the board was unaware and if ASIC believes this and does not press charges it would be more unbelievable still.
