    Ok looks like the 2 month long ascending triangle forming on TPL has broken upwards with significant volume today. Target should be in the 2.4 to 2.5 region inititally. I expect it will power away in the next few days ...

    Interesting to note that this happened only a day or two after the spike in neighbour OBL ... Loose Coupling between the two is confirmed...IMHO
