    My account manager just let me know of an update:

    "On the northern section, the Ile de Re vessel is most of the way through the northern lay from just north of Christmas Island to Singapore and has completed the Indonesian branch into Anyer. It is anticipated that it will have completed its work by around mid to late July as it tackles the deep trenching that is necessary to protect the system into Singapore."
