CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The AduttShop.com Ltd Board has today accepted the resignation of Chairman, Reg
Giltard.
Mr Gillard said he was stepping down from the Board because of the time and
resources demanded of the position.
“Events of recent weeks have demonstrated to me that this position requires a
substantial executive presence inside AduttShop far beyond the conventional role of an
non-executive director. I wish the company well in its endeavours and, as a
shareholder, look forward to future profit success’’ said Mr Gitlard.
The Directors have appointed Mr Kim Heitman as the non-executive chairman of the
Board, with immediate effect.
