Yes, that was the part that I was referring to above, but I wasn't clever enough to realise this was a March production. I still think he was commenting that the wet plant was to be commissioned in two stages. Also, maybe the voiceover was recorded more recently. In any event, the release of the video would/could have been deferred unless they were right on top of the whole commissioning process imo.
