As I said many times, finance is not an issue anymore as LIT has become part of national security and this will be resolved via a loan, not a CR. Management is not in the habit to dilute unless necessary.
Even a CR or loan it does not matter, I believe OPEX will be delivered as per DFS or better and 6+% spod will provide a premium from Western Sources. This will result in a very profitable company with ESG credentials and the SP will reflect this.
As you know all too well, many African and South America wannabes are falling over like dominos. The west needs reliable, top class products and LTR will provide that,
