Of course Abn Amros have considered share placements when giving price targets. We now have 71 million quoted shares and at $2.50 a piece would capitalise the stock at around 177 million, which in my judgement would still be very very cheap given the huge potential of GDY's resource.

In fact I think we'll see 350 - 400 million market cap probably within 24 months if the project maintains its present course.

i.e depending on further equity raisings would mean a stock price of between $4 and $6. Patience is the key.
