In its Prospectus lodged on 24 November 2009, Agri Energy advised that it intended to review, evaluate
and develop its Australian Ethanol Business. To assist in this process, Agri Energy has commissioned the
Biofuels Association of Australia to provide a Report on the current status of the fast evolving Biofuels
Industry in Australia. The Report will address a broad range of factors and the manner in which they
impact upon Agri Energy?s development of its Australian Ethanol Business, including Government policy
settings and State fuel ethanol mandates; capacity, production and use of fuel ethanol; feedstocks;
pricing; fuel quality standards; future fuel supply and consumer acceptance.
Agri Energy expects to receive the Report by May 2010 and will announce its principle findings.
In addition to developing its Australian Ethanol Business, Agri Energy continues to pursue new projects in
the energy and resources sectors by way of acquisition or investment. The Company has reviewed a
number of potential projects in both the energy and resources sectors since relisting on 1 February 2010.
No decision to acquire or invest has been made and the process is continuing as opportunities arise.
