While this capper is annoying there is a more important issue IMO. The company needs to meet the deadlines. Without the Feasibility Study, the IPO will go nowhere. The feasibility study will determine the market value of the new company. It will also be a trigger for a rerate. So, if anyone is to talk to Peter, please ask him 'what happened to the feasibility study'?
The supply and demand equation can change rapidly. This guy seems to have put on the sell side around 30 million shares at different prices which is more than the rest of the sell offers.
