Looking at the action already this morning, I would say ASEAN are clearly still accumulating. What is their target? What is their end game? Is another holder(s) facilitating their buying or are we just seeing weak retail exiting? Are they acting on another players behalf? Will they be involved in funding Tiris capital funding? Will we see another player emerge to compete with ASEAN?
