No idea who the seller is, but I have noticed it too. I can't imagine there is any insider knowledge at work, because mgt (including the majority shareholder) are acutely aware of their disclosure obligations after the class action. In any case, it appears the seller may have eased up over the past week, so lets see how the next few weeks go given the election result and that we are getting closer to the FY result and a healthy dividend.
