Binbin, thanks for the information. I feel Ash Creek will be a great earner for ELK but not at the speed i was thinking initially when they gave their production test results. Even if they wait until Grieve starts producing the project can still be 100% owned and funded by this cash flow... better than farming out imo.

Wickerman, I guess the Niobrara formation was a tool in the Grieve negotiations but finally not of interest to the buyer Denbury... so maybe that 6 months is really 2 months. Still too long but it would have disrupted a normal negotiation process.
