There hasn't been an opportunity for Shrimpton to release capital from the company (actually the opposite has happened.)
Since Stewart Cummins, came and quickly left as CEO from 2016 there hasn't been a corporate succession plan either. At the time it looked like Cummins would provide opportunity for Shrimpton to step back... Lots of loose ends; with a market cap just over $60m, dividend yield around double figures and a PE in low single digits...
