May be so but it will likely require the RTO to have a CRICOS registration. I'm not sure if ASH has that as yet. A provider seeking to deliver a course/s of study to overseas students must be listed on the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students (CRICOS) prior to enrolling students from overseas. CRICOS is maintained by the Australian Government’s Department of Education (DoE) under the Education Services for Overseas Students Act 2000 (ESOS Act). CRICOS lists providers registered to deliver course/s to overseas students and the course/s they are approved to deliver. An overseas student is a person (within or outside) Australia who holds a student visa as defined by the ESOS Act.
