If NPAT is down at least 10%, then it should still be cashflow positive from operating activities (tax expense will go down accordingly).

However, it is anyone's guess really the extent of its cash flow. Get some cash in early and collect debtors can skew results, early enrollments which count as deferred revenue also skew cash flow.

Maybe at the AGM next Friday they will provide further guidance. It appears the nervous nellies are heading for the exit.

A 10% profit downgrade = 50% share price fall???

I bet the founding shareholders a screaming mad as their shares are in voluntary escrow for 2 years (from IPO date). Ross and related entities hold 91m shares. From a high of $1.795 = $160m wealth to $26m must hurt. Hopefully he can steer this company back to calmer waters!
