Im sure asic will be keeping an eye on all vested interests with this one, Im sure its allot of effort covering all the angles, It does seem like a great opportunity imo, the lawsuit appears to be quite frivolous based on what I have read imo, but that's for the court to decide.

I only just bought in and hope to get some more, hopefully the quarterly brings some interest back, the volumes are thinning out, with a bit of luck it will pop up when this uncertainty is over.
