    Hi as a Volounteer she or anyone should be able to state what they do not want to do and what they are capable of doing. In her case she should not be put in that position. If she had not stated what she would not do and when refused to attend is a different matter. I have put my hand up a few times but if I was asked to do a job that I did not like then I would say No. If she was in a paid position then of course she has to do What She Is Paid For.
