Yet again you've modelled Tony Abbott's art of gross exaggeration and misrepresentation of reality.
No such thing happened.
What has been explained is that the calculations done on the Coalition's commitments for Labor had differing assumptions than those used by the Coalition.
The reason is simple; Labor doesn't have access to the assumptions being used by the Coalition because they steadfastly refuse to release them.
